The mission of Unity Network and Counseling Center (UNCC) is to create programs that enable the disadvantaged to enter into mainstream America and to provide opportunities for inner city youth to participate in sports, educational, cultural and community enrichment programs designed to build confidence, self-esteem, determination and self-respect. A portion of the proceeds from Black Tie will be donated in a effort to support the mission of UNCC.
The mission of Dress for Success is to promote the economic independence of disadvantaged women by providing professional attire, a network of support and the career development tools to help women thrive in work and in life. Dress for Success Atlanta offers services to help women enter the workforce, stay employed, advance in their careers and improve their lives. Black Tie asks its patrons to support this mission by donating via our on site accessory/toiletry drive.

Host Jose Chu is the face for AKOO Clothings Spring 2010 Collection and has rocked the runway for choice designers like Andrew Christian and Genuine Jockey Underwear. Jose has also been featured in music videos for major recording artists such as Angie Stone, Juvenile, Plies, and Yung Joc. He will also be featured alongside Vivia A. Fox in the upcoming issue of Jadore Magazine.
Ross Fleming
Although he's new to the music business as an artist, Ross has garnered a reputation throughout industry as a top Promoter and Event Coordinator poducing world class events including- Montreux Music Festival (Atlanta), Montreux Jazz Festival (Switzerland), Springfest w/ Radio-One (Jamaica), and Spring Breakout (St. Thomas). Along the way he's worked with legendary artists such as Ray Charles, Nina Simone, Herbie Hancock, The Isley Brothers, Mary J Blige, and a host of others. Come and meet the leader of the Pop-Soul movement known to us simply as, Ross Fleming.
Co-host Cicely "CiCi" Kelley is a renowned choreographer and dancer has worked with some of the recording industrys most prominent artists and entertainers. Her choreography has been seen on the WB's "Pepsi Smash," BET's "106 & Park," the 2004 MTV Video Music Awards in Miami, Radio One's "Dirty Awards," MTVs Emmy Award winning hit series MADE," and she is currently the exclusive tour choreographer for Toni Braxton's promotional tour for the album PULSE.

Lucien Downes
Lucien Downes is a contemporary artist that resides in Decatur. He has shown at several galleries around Georgia, Miami, and the Virgin Islands. Lucien uses several different styles that are each different and distinctive. His work is dimensional and shows depth through layering layers of resin. These techniques are new age and currently not utilized by other artist.
